I am from Ingleside and attended Ingleside High School. I then graduated in 2005 from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I moved to San Antonio to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio to study and research cancer pharmacology before getting my teacher certification. I am starting my 10th year as a Biology teacher at Ingleside High School.
